I am an award-winning Executive Coach, Board Member, and former Managing Director with 25+ years of international experience leading People and driving Change in global financial institutions.

My desire to help People embrace Change and create a positive impact on the world has led me to executive coaching and mentoring, a path I love!

As the Founder and CEO of “Power of Change”, my dream is to contribute to a better world by inspiring leaders to become better leaders.

What makes me unique as a coach and mentor?

I am uniquely qualified as an executive coach and a senior corporate leader, and I bring a personal journey of resilience.

I know the feeling of being doubtful, stuck, unfulfilled… I have been there too.

Despite setbacks, I built a successful career in the corporate world, climbing the ladder to the top.

Yet, as a Managing Director at top Swiss banks, I felt the need for change to find more purpose in my life,
and I took the leap to start my own business and help others unlock their potential.

This isn’t my first bold move – I’ve embraced significant change in my life, reinventing my career multiple times.
I have also embraced a lot of change in my personal life; I have lived in multiple countries and speak fluently five languages.

My positive attitude and my energy are contagious, so my clients have told me.

Known for my empathy and listening, I also love to challenge others in the spirit of fostering their growth.

And I don’t take myself too seriously… I promise our journey together is going to be fun!
