Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself

Leo Tolstoy

Who Am I?

I have two passions in life: PEOPLE and CHANGE.

My values, personality, and life experiences have shaped Who I am…
… and Who I Am is How I Coach!

My Values…

Staying true to my core values—family/friendship, integrity/authenticity, hard work, courage, empowerment, and finally, making a difference for a “better” world—has been a key guiding principle in my life.

My Personality…

Those around me will confirm that I am action-driven and perseverant but equally caring for others and generous. I am also curious and extrovert, keen to connect with others and listen to their experiences.

My Professional Experience…

I am a former Corporate Executive and Managing Director with 25 years of experience leading People and driving Change in large financial institutions

… turned an Executive Coach, a Mentor, and a Board member, focusing on Thought Leadership.

I have built my career in change and held multiple transformational roles at top Swiss banks. I have displayed sound stakeholder management skills and gained extensive experience leading large global teams; at one point, I managed up to 400 team members across Europe, the US, and APAC.

My ability to drive change and build trusted relationships has enabled me to build an exceptional track record and make a strong impact in every transformation role I have held.

I am also an Executive Coach, qualified by the UK Academy of Executive Coaching and accredited by the EMCC Global and the International Coaching Federation.

My desire and experience in helping people unlock their potential and embrace change have brought me into executive coaching.

I am also a Board member of the EMCC Global. The idea of shaping the future of coaching and mentoring and being part of a great worldwide community motivated me to take over this role!

On a More Personal Note…

I grew up between different countries (Switzerland and Spain), lived in other countries (UK and France), and speak fluently five languages: Spanish and Italian (both native), English, German, and French.

I am married to an Australian, and I am a proud mum of two kids!

After much self-reflection on my values, personality, and experiences, I have come to the conclusion that my purpose is: “To be the inspiration for winning the dance of life and love”

Why this purpose? Firstly, I aspire to act as a role model in every aspect of my life (as a professional leader, executive coach/mentor, mum of two kids, etc.); this means staying true to my core values and inspiring others to do the same.

My purpose also highlights my “never give up” mindset.
It is formed around the dance as a metaphor for life, as I see the need to go with the flow and have fun!

What do I find most rewarding as a coach and mentor?

First, I am humbled by the level of disclosure I receive from my clients, which is clearly a sign of trust.

I also find it hugely rewarding when my clients leave our sessions with more insight about what to do next and more energized. One of my clients recently told me: “I feel more courageous because of our interactions”… These words still resonate with me as I can truly feel I am making a difference in others’ lives!

Yes, because what is more transformative than helping others have a more fulfilling career and, ultimately, a more fulfilling life?
